Involvements of Natural Leisure in the Penang Medical Tourism industry started with the Opening Ceremony of 3-storey Buildings by the 12th King & Queen of Malaysia, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin in July 2012 for F&B, Event Management and Home Stay businesses which was then registered as Natural Leisure Corporate Sdn Bhd in 2014, with paid-up capital of RM 1,610,002.00.
During the tenure of 12 years, the Company Founder for Natural Leisure cum CEO for the Group of Companies, McKinley had invented Mckinley Modular Industrialized Building System (IBS), consisted of IBS Housing Construction & also Modular Factory Production in alliance with one of the world largest Chemical supplier’s Inclusive Business Unit (Thai, China, Philippines & India) & Malaysia Construction Industry Development Board (Government Agency entrusted to enforce the Malaysia Construction Industry Standards). This ECO Green IBS coupled with Helix Micro Rebar from USA, was using PIR, from the first’s PU decor transformation that were exported to 53 countries worldwide, for Hypermarket Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Palaces, Theme Parks, High Rise Buildings, Employee Quarters and Landed Property Bungalow & Villa Housings.
The Manufacturing & Construction Company in the Group of Companies had created 4 World Records in Islamic Facade (at Putrajaya Malaysia), MGM Lion Sculpture (for MGM USA in Vietnam), Heritage Mural (for Singapore Government in Tanjong Pagar) & Typhoon Housings (for Habitat of Philippines) using Advanced Composite Materials & Hybrid Constructions.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic with the inconsistent demand in Medical Tourism and consistent high demand in Natural Healthcare, the Company Founder, McKinley has decided to integrate the newly created division in 2021 for NATURAL HEALTHCARE with the ever growing ECO GREEN IBS to setup Manufacturing / Assembly Lines in respective countries that have vast network of orders for the justifications. This ONSITE LOCAL MANUFACTURING for Terahertz Healthcare Physiotherapy Devices & Cream are in-line with the company direction to build Merit in helping the Pain & Poor in massive volume with lower profit margins, with non-invasive, non-medication and non-surgical methodologies.
The Management Team has set the Vision to have “Someone using Natural Leisure’s Terahertz & Detox Natural Physiotherapy Healthcare solutions at any one time of the day” by driving across Mission to have “Manufacturing Factories that can supply 50,000 units worldwide, within 3 years prior to 2027”.

During Covid-19 Pandemic, the Founder, McKinley who was in Physics & Micro-electronics double degree, had discovered the Unique Selling Points of the TERAHERTZ HEALTHCARE PHYSIOTHERAPY DEVICES, through his own physio experience with his 83-years old mother to stop Lumbar pain (within 6 days) and fully cure his Urticaria (within 14 days).
